Andrew P. is a complete idiot ... People always come here and start throwing on how GM products are manufactured China! Honda and all are doing here! Do not listen to the ignorant ... baphoon GM still has a hell of a lot more cars made by Honda, and the only GM cars manufactured China sold there, not here. The Malibu Maxx is a great investment, and the idiot who said he would lose 25% of its value ... is 2004, not that. Consume Reports even rated this car like a good car and are usually very biased. Point is, do not listen to idiots on this site, especially small rice honda guys hate America.
Pro Street: The Modern gasseri?
The term Pro Street has been around for years, probably about 30 years. However, there is still much confusion what exactly is a Pro Street car I heard many different definitions and origins of Pro Street, it came. Pro Street says it has began in the early 80's when people began to take there Novas Street Legal and makes it look like the Pro Stock cars, but for the road, other say that Pro Street began in the early 90s when hot Rod magazine began its "fastest car shootout on the street" Drag and eventually became Class Pro Street Drag Racing. The other story I heard Pro Street was that people started building road cars that resembled Pro Stock cars, but used for street racing.
For me, the trams are a kind of Pro gasseri that many people know the term and Gasser have an idea what a Gasser, but most do not know what is a Gasser.
A Gasser in a car designed for NHRA Drag Racing on the types gas that each class appears to slightly different rules, Blowing others, N / A. The gasseri started in the late 50s and have been around until somewhere in the 70s. The wheelbase seems altered gasseri different engines in general much larger than the original engine, big wheels, axles straight to lift the engine up front for the transfer of weight over the rear of the racing. Stock cars that are used as gasseri were the first 40 Cup Willy, 30 Willys earlier, in the early '40s, Chevrolet, 40, 50 Henry Js, 50 Studebaker, Chevy Tri-Five, and many other cars were also used.

Now Pro Street cars began in 1979 when Sullivan began about Scot built a Street Rodder Hot New law was intended to look like a Pro Stock car for the road. Pro Street Drag is so popular that in 1992, the Hot Rod magazine wanted to know who had the most rapidly so that the Tram Street shootout fastest car born, a drag racing event at the invitation of most cars quick to Pro Street. Soon the NMCA Pro Street, who was born in a class of drag racing and from 90 principles has grown and NMCA Pro Street Cars have become faster and faster now seven in the quarter mile, but most cars actually look like real Pro Street Pro Stock cars complete with parachute wheel bars, slick tires, frame tubbed, etc. Many people, even confused by Mod Pro or Pro Stock cars! However, most "streetable" Pro Trams still exists.
Pro Trams are the most modern as gasseri, like drag racing, most are streetable power (up 7 seconds, but it would take to the street) However gasseri started as a class and Drag Racing made its way into the street, Pro Street started in the street and found his way for the test of time.
