What shifter is best for a 60's Mustang?
I have a 60's model Mustang and while I wait for the motor rebuild, I am trying to detail other areas of restoration.
I've been looking into the Indy shifters from Hurst and
and am trying to find the best for a 3 speed 302
Can anyone tell me a better shifter to use?
( not worried about using original parts)
I'm not trying to completly restore it. I just want to get it running smooth and looking good.
Any advice for me on anything having to do with my Mustang is greatly APPRECIATED.

E85 Viper beats the record with an engine speed
In an industry where it is highly sought respect for the environment, the presence of bio-ethanol is a promise better things to come. Car manufacturers have been under pressure for years to produce environmentally friendly vehicles. To meet to this demand, manufacturers have developed alternative fuel technologies and an example of which is the E85 - a mixture of ethanol and gasoline.
One problem, though manufacturers and consumers, is the scarcity of stations offering E85. However, in terms Popularity, E85 is gaining ground that has recently been given a boost when an E85-powered Dodge Viper beat the world speed record for a car mile up the street.
The Green Viper owned by Karl Jacob, wealthy businessmen. According to experts, the record set by E85-powered Jacob Viper demonstrates the power and performance should not be sacrificed to environmental concerns.
