Is my 1964 Pontiac Tempest worth restoring?
I have a 1964 Pontiac Tempest 4 door. It has the straight 6. The car will start up and drive around the yard. Is it worth my time to try and restore it. The rear quarters on both sides as well as the trunk is rotted out. But the car is complete. I have found the replacement trunk panel, but im stuck on where to find the quarters due to no one make replacements. Just wondering if I should go ahead and dive into this project or look for something new. Thank you.

What are the amps for a 1968 Pontiac Tempest convertible top motor?
You can try Ohm's law for that - I think KCL maybe closer but Ohm's should get you close:
E / I * R ( E=Voltage; I = Amps, R = Resistance)
put an OHM meter on the motor (ONLY) and get a reading - divide 12 (Volts) by "Your Reading" (in OHM's) the answer is the aprx amp's it should pull under NO LOAD use / fuses are always 1.5 to 2 times that rating (for load and surge) in no case should it be over 30 amps, in most of those fuses for 20A+ they used the breakers not fuses.
